Gecko Networks Terms & Conditions

Gecko Networks and its subsidiaries operate as internet service providers, leveraging cellular networks to offer internet access to our customers. The choice of carrier is contingent on the customer’s location and service availability. Our plans are prepaid, offered without credit checks or contracts, and run on a month-to-month basis. Customers can cancel their plans at any time without any penalty, retaining ownership of the equipment. Active services will continue until the next billing date. Gecko Networks retains the right to either suspend or reduce download speeds if a customer surpasses their data limit or violates our Fair Use Policy.

Billing:
Your monthly invoice will include a $2.99 Administrative and Regulatory fee, alongside your monthly data plan charge.

Service Quality:
We do not guarantee specific download or upload speeds, or continuous connectivity due to various factors like environment, network limitations, and coverage zones. The speed quality will depend on factors such as proximity to a network tower, network congestion, the number of devices connected, and other uncontrollable elements. While we endeavor to provide you with the most suitable hardware and plan for your requirements, we cannot guarantee an error-free service.

7-Day Trial:
Gecko Networks extends a 7-day trial period to customers. During this window, customers can opt for a cancellation and obtain a full refund for the subscription and equipment. This trial commences upon equipment receipt; we advise customers to test the system promptly to facilitate any necessary troubleshooting.

Cancellation Process:

  1. Call our Support Center at 888-380-2930 to initiate a cancellation.
  2. Post-call, customers will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
  3. For security, we only authorize cancellations after direct communication with the account holder or upon legal confirmation that the account owner is unavailable.

  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Refunds for hardware and subscription costs are processed upon equipment receipt. Contact us at 888-380-2930 for any policy-related inquiries. Post-trial, customers own all purchased equipment.

Communication:
Customers are required to provide an accurate email address for communications concerning firmware updates, equipment replacements, or any other correspondence from Gecko Networks.

Dispute Resolution:
All disputes or legal objections will be resolved through Arbitration in the state of California.
