Gecko Networks Trial and Cancellation Policy
Gecko Networks offers a 7-day trial period. During this period, customers can cancel their subscription and receive a full refund for both the subscription amount and equipment. The trial period commences once you receive the equipment. We encourage you to test the system promptly upon arrival so that we can assist with any necessary troubleshooting.
Cancellation Process:
- To cancel your service, please call our Support Center at 888-380-2938.
- After the call, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.
- For security reasons, service cancellations will only be processed when we speak directly with the account owner or receive legal verification that the account owner cannot present themselves.
Equipment Return Instructions:
- Please return the equipment, ensuring all original parts and packaging are included.
- Shipping costs for returning the equipment will be borne by the customer.
